I. Introduction
Welcome to OBM Luxury Travel ("OBM," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use our website, book any travel service, or become a member of our community. By engaging with OBM, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
OBM Luxury Travel specializes in designing tailor-made travel experiences throughout Europe. These Terms apply to all services we provide, including trip planning, bookings, consultations, and memberships.
II. Bookings & Payments
A booking is only confirmed after we receive your deposit or full payment, as detailed in your personalized travel itinerary.
A non-refundable deposit (usually 25% of the trip cost) is required to confirm any reservation.
Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the departure date.
Delays in payment may result in cancellation without refund.
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Prices are based on exchange rates and market conditions at the time of booking. OBM reserves the right to adjust pricing if significant changes occur.
For non-Privilege Circle members, a deposit of €300 per person is required before receiving a personalized itinerary. This amount will be deducted from the total trip cost upon confirmation.
III. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 61+ days before travel may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations within 60 days of travel are non-refundable.
Specific accommodations or services may carry their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly noted in your itinerary.
If OBM must cancel your trip due to unforeseen events, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
IV. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and delays. OBM does not offer insurance and cannot be held responsible for related losses.
V. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and up-to-date. This includes:
Passports
Visas
Health certificates
Vaccination records (if required)
OBM is not responsible for issues arising from missing or invalid travel documentation.

OBM offers two levels of membership:

VIP benefits during trips: upgrades, gifts, welcome services
All memberships are personal and non-transferable. OBM may adjust benefits with prior notice.
VII. Guest Behavior & Liability
While traveling with OBM, we ask all guests to respect:
Local communities and cultures
Fellow travelers
Guides, drivers, and service staff
OBM is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss due to:
Force majeure (weather, strikes, pandemics)
Actions of third-party providers
Traveler negligence or legal violations
VIII. Intellectual Property
All content on OBM websites or platforms is the intellectual property of OBM Luxury Travel and cannot be copied or reused without express written permission.
IX. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of OBM services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
X. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in Spanish courts.
